MePath

Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

These terms govern your use of MePath, which is operated by Curious Labs Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Nigeria under company number RC 9837743 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Important: MePath helps you organise your own professional evidence. It does not replace your regulator’s official revalidation process, your employer’s incident-reporting systems, or any clinical judgement. Always confirm requirements with your regulator and follow your workplace policies.

1. What MePath is — and is not

MePath is a personal tool for capturing, organising and exporting your professional evidence and career records. It is not a substitute for your regulator’s systems, your employer’s records, clinical or legal advice, or official incident reporting. Criteria sets, progress totals and reminders are configured by users for planning only. They do not determine eligibility or guarantee any outcome with a regulator, employer or professional body.

2. Who can use it

MePath is for health and care professionals and students aged 16 or over. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Your content

You own the records you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them solely to provide the app to you (for example, saving your data and generating your portfolio and exports). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

5. Community conduct

If a community feature is available, share only your own achievements and milestones. Do not post patient information, confidential workplace details, or anything that could identify another person. We may remove content or accounts that breach these terms.

6. Paid features

Some features may be offered on a paid subscription. Where they are, the price, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you pay. During the beta, features may change.

7. Availability and “as is”

MePath is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, particularly during beta. We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that it meets the current requirements of any regulator — you must verify those yourself.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from information you enter, from reliance on the app in place of your regulator’s or employer’s official systems, or from your failure to keep records anonymous. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile & Settings → Your data & account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law and your local rights

MePath is operated by Curious Labs Limited from Nigeria, so these terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not take away the rights you have where you live. Wherever you use MePath, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection laws of your own country, and nothing in these terms overrides them. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live where your local law gives you that right; otherwise, disputes are subject to the courts of Nigeria.
