Delete your MePath account

Self-service deletion is available inside the MePath app.

You can permanently delete your account without contacting support.

  1. Sign in to MePath.
  2. Open Profile & Settings.
  3. Go to Your data & account.
  4. Select Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.
This cannot be undone. Download your data first if you need a personal backup.

What is deleted

Your profile, login account, professional moments, shift diary, work history, learning and CPD, certificates and uploaded files, feedback, competencies, incidents, projects, goals, readiness records and other content associated with your account are deleted.

If you cannot access the app

Email mepath26@gmail.com from the email address used for your MePath account. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deletion.

Processing and retention

In-app deletion removes the active account and associated application data immediately. Limited security or infrastructure logs may remain for a short period where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or provider backup rotation, and are not used to restore your account.
